ProxyEmpire Affiliate Program Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern participation in the ProxyEmpire Affiliate Program (“Program”). By joining the Program, you (“Affiliate”) agree to comply with the following terms.
1. Commissions and Qualification
Affiliates earn 15% revenue share on all qualified customer payments.
Commissions become eligible 30 days after a client’s successful payment to ProxyEmpire.
Qualified commissions are based on actual collected revenue (not pending, refunded, or chargeback amounts).
2. Payouts
Commissions are paid monthly on the 15th, covering all qualified earnings from the previous calendar month.
Example: January commissions are paid on February 15th.
Minimum payout threshold: $100 (USD/EUR).
Payment methods:
PayPal
Bank Wire Transfer (USD or EUR)
Cryptocurrency
Affiliates must submit a payout request through the affiliate dashboard.
3. Restrictions
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from:
- Bidding on “ProxyEmpire” brand keywords (or variations, misspellings, or confusingly similar terms) in Google Ads or any other search engines.
- Using mass unsolicited email marketing (“spam”) to promote ProxyEmpire.
- Engaging in any activity that is misleading, fraudulent, violates applicable laws, or could damage ProxyEmpire’s reputation.
4. Termination and Forfeiture
ProxyEmpire reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse of the Program.
If terminated for cause, all unpaid commissions may be forfeited at ProxyEmpire’s discretion.
5. Modifications
ProxyEmpire may update these Terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of material changes by email or via the affiliate dashboard. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
ProxyEmpire is not responsible for technical issues, tracking failures, or delayed payments caused by third-party systems.
ProxyEmpire’s maximum liability under this Agreement is limited to the unpaid commissions properly due to the Affiliate.
